My newly fitted DSL Internet at my vacation rental home on Indian Ridge in Kissimmee was not working, I had guests arriving in the next few days and i could get no satisfaction from the company that installed it. Global Village Networks visited my rental property the same day I called them and diagnosed that it was a line fault on the Embarq DSL line. Global Village then contacted Embarq to arrange a repair, and i got a quick response. My Internet is now up and running, and my guests can enjoy the service. I would recommend Global Village, their services are suitable for anyone with computer or Internet problems. |

I think the training went well. Thank you for the extra support given to J. I think it is now just a matter of us all getting used to doing things just slightly differently. Thanks for sorting my computer out. I had tried to transfer my documents folder but was having a bit of trouble then ran out of time before the end of the day. I meant to leave you a note to say I hadn't managed to do it so thank you very much for checking first and not losing all my work.
