Hi Jose,
WEP wireless security is an old standard and can easily be cracked.
The simple explanation is that they've just guessed your password - is it easy to guess? Do not use a password related to your name, network or location. The best password is a sequence of random characters.
It's also possible they've cracked the WEP encryption, which isn't hard to do these days. You should use WPA or WPA2 rather than WEP.
You can also secure your network further by enabling MAC address filtering (only lets your pre-approved computers connect), changing your SSID and turning off the broadcasting of your SSID (they won't be able to even find out the name of your network to connect) or even just turning off your wireless router when you're not using it - or go back to using a wired connection if that's convenient.
If you'd like me to come over and conduct a basic wireless security audit and secure your network from intruders anywhere in the Orlando area please give me a call toll-free on 1-800-914-5154.
Kind regards, Gareth.
